MEEC offers native prairie, woodland and wetland plants grown in our nurseries, including royal catchfly (Silene regia), Riddell's goldenrod (Solidago riddellii) and bush clover (Lespedeza capitata), compass plant (Silphium laciniatum), queen-of-the-prairie (Filipendula rubra), blazingstar (Liatris spicata), cardinal flower (Lobelia cardinalis), turtlehead (Chelone glabra) and more!

Whether your landscape is sunny or shady, wet or dry, we have native plants that will thrive and return year after year. Use native plants to create a bird and butterfly garden, replace aggressive or invasive species, create a low-maintenance landscape or add reliable blooms to problem areas in your yard.

Congratulations to Adam Hake, who won our 2008 native plant sale poster contest!  View Adam's entry here. Thanks also to Patterson Chase Co. for donating a gift certificate to the winner.
